铺装开裂失效是正交异性钢桥面板发展面临的一大问题,主要表现为纵梁腹板正上方和U肋正上方的纵向裂缝,而U肋间、纵梁附近桥面板局部应力水平高是开裂的主要原因。本文通过有限元分析计算,确定U肋附近、纵梁附近面板应力最不利加载位置,得出2个最不利加载工况。从桥面板刚度、U肋尺寸、纵梁构造及布置3个影响因素中选取参数,分析在最不利加载工况下各个参数对面板应力的影响规律。为降低钢桥面板局部应力的结构设计提供理论依据。
Pavement cracking failure is a major problem faced by the development of orthotropic steel bridge deck, which is mainly manifested as longitudinal cracks directly above the webs of the stringers and directly above the U-rib, while the local stress level of the bridge deck near the intercostal and longitudinal beams is high Is the main reason for cracking. In this paper, finite element analysis and calculation to determine the U-rib near the most stringent stress near the panel loading position, obtained the two most unfavorable loading conditions. The parameters of stiffness, rib size, structure and arrangement of stringer are selected from three factors, and the influence of each parameter on the panel stress under the most unfavorable loading condition is analyzed. It provides a theoretical basis for structural design of reducing the local stress of steel bridge deck.
