IgE与高亲和力受体FcεRI的结合在过敏性疾病的发病机制中发挥关键作用。随着基因多态性功能分析的深入,近几年,对于FcεRIα亚基的基因结构和变异认识有了相当大的进展,本文就FCERIA基因突变筛查和关联研究的最新进展进行了归纳和分析。其中,最有意义的是FCERIA基因多态性与血清总IgE水平之间的关联,FCERIA基因表达水平可能参与血清总IgE的系统调节。这或许可以为通过间接抑制FcεRI的表达以降低IgE水平来治疗过敏性疾病提供基本依据。
The binding of IgE to the high-affinity receptor FcεRI plays a key role in the pathogenesis of allergic diseases. In recent years, there has been considerable progress in the understanding of the gene structure and variation of the FcsRIa subunit. In this review, the latest progress in screening and correlating FCERIA mutations has been summarized and analyzed . Among them, the most significant is the association between FCERIA gene polymorphism and serum total IgE level, and the expression level of FCERIA gene may be involved in the regulation of total serum IgE. This may provide a basic rationale for the treatment of allergic diseases by indirectly inhibiting the expression of FcsRI to reduce IgE levels.
