一、对企业本质的不同认识决定了不同的管理导向模式 导向,即引导方向之意。在一个由多因素组成的事物发展过程中,必然有某个因素在起着导向作用。导向的确立,就是工作目标的确立。通过对这一导向因素的确立,可以明确工作、活动的目标,从而使一切问题的处理服从导向因素的需要。以不同的因素作为导向因素,就会构成不同的导向模式。 企业管理是一个由多个因素组成的复杂系统,它包括人事管理、生产管理、质量管理、技术管理、营销管理、财务管理等许多因素(也可以称为管理子系统)。毫无疑问,任何时期、任何条件下的企业管理,都必须有一个明确的导向因素,不同导向因素的选择,构成了不同的企业管
First, the different understanding of the nature of the company determines the direction of different management-oriented models, that is, the meaning of guiding direction.
