采用落锤冲击装置及万能材料试验机分别对单向带、平纹织物、单层正交三向织物三种不同结构织物超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)/LLDPE复合材料层板进行低速冲击和冲击后压缩试验,获得了载荷-位移曲线,通过分析其冲击损伤模式,对比讨论了冲击后剩余压缩强度。结果表明:单层正交三向织物UHMWPE/LLDPE载荷-位移曲线圆滑,仅有塑性变形产生,同时吸收能量和冲击后剩余压缩强度值最大,具有优异的抗冲击能力。
Three kinds of UHMWPE / LLDPE composite laminates with unidirectional tape, plain weave fabric and single-layer orthogonal three-direction fabric were respectively subjected to low-speed impact and impact using drop weight impact device and universal material testing machine After compression test, the load-displacement curve was obtained. By analyzing the impact damage mode, the compressive strength after impact was discussed. The results show that the load-displacement curve of UHMWPE / LLDPE in single-layer orthogonal three-direction fabric is smooth and only plastic deformation occurs. At the same time, the UHMWPE / LLDPE has the maximum compressive strength after shock absorption and absorption, and has excellent impact resistance.
