本文采用活性电泳方法对小白鼠动情周期各个时期子宫蛋白酶进行了研究。结果发现：（1）子宫中蛋白酶主要为中性蛋白酶和酸性蛋白酶。碱性蛋白酶种类少，活性弱。（2）子宫中105kd、94kd的中性蛋白酶和67kd的酸性蛋白酶随小白鼠的动情周期而发生明显改变。
In this paper, the electrophoresis method of mouse estrous cycle of uterus protease were studied. The results showed that: (1) The uterus proteases are mainly neutral protease and acid protease. Alkaline protease few, weak activity. (2) 105kd, 94kd neutral protease and 67kd acidic protease in the uterus significantly changed with the estrous cycle of mice.
