《中国药典》1990年版一部中收载了成方及单味制剂(以下称中成药)计275种,其中可内服的262种。有关中成药禁忌说明,在“注意”栏中表述。在可内服的262种中成药中,有禁忌说明的83种,占31.7%。禁忌用词有:禁用,禁服,禁内服,忌服,忌用,慎服,慎用,禁用或慎用,共8类。对此,笔者提出如下两点意见。一、按照《辞海》上的解释,“禁”者,止也,戒也;“忌”者,忌讳也;“慎”者,谨也,诚也,
