我所从1987年1月开始试行药品质量追踪监测制度,定期综合归纳分析,掌握药品质量动态,为实行药品全面质量监督提供决策依据。两年来,我所对91起药品质量问题进行了追踪,并分别作了处理,其中销毁伪劣药品28种,返工不合格药品47种,更名使用或挑选使用16种,我们的作法是: 一、深入基层检查药品质量,发现问题及时追踪 我们到基层单位,一方面采用现场快检的方法,一方面带着问题有目的去解决。发现问题及时追踪。1988年6月在一医药单位我所药
