双波长分光光度法测定三组份体系的原理及方法,前人已有论述。主体分析对象是有机物,工作波长对的确定方法是作图法。欲确定测a组份的波长对时,要求b、c两组份的吸收曲线有二个交点,交点所对应的波长即为工作波长对;测b、c时类推。但随着b、c组份的浓度变化,交点的位置也随着变化,产生一系列的波长对;也可能在某段浓度内变化,出现只有一个交点或没有交点的情况。这样,必然会引出两个问题:1.为了找到一对合适的
The principle and method of dual-wavelength spectrophotometry for the determination of three-component systems have been discussed by the predecessors. The main object of analysis is organic matter, the working wavelength of the determination of the method of mapping. To determine the wavelength of a component measured on the pair, b, c two absorption curve requires two intersection points, the corresponding wavelength of the intersection point is the working wavelength pair; measured b, c analogy. However, as the concentrations of components b and c change, the positions of the intersections also change to produce a series of wavelength pairs; it may also change within a certain concentration, with only one intersection or no intersection.
