目的观察6系列中肌电及压力反馈治疗仪对肌张力低下型脑瘫患儿运动功能的影响。方法将60例肌张力低下型脑瘫患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各30,对照组进行传统康复技术治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用6系列中肌电及压力反馈治疗仪治疗。治疗前后从肌肉的硬度、肢体的摆动度、肌力、关节伸展度进行综合评价。结果治疗3个月后,治疗组总有效率为90.0%高于对照组的86.7%,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论 6系列中肌电及压力反馈治疗仪治疗可提高肌张力低下型脑瘫患儿的运动功能。
Objective To observe the effect of 6 series electromyography and pressure feedback therapeutic apparatus on motor function in children with dystonia with cerebral palsy. Methods Sixty children with low tension type cerebral palsy were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The control group was treated by traditional rehabilitation technique. The treatment group was treated with 6 series of electromyography and pressure feedback therapeutic apparatus. Before and after treatment from the muscle hardness, limb swing, muscle strength, joint extensibility for comprehensive evaluation. Results After 3 months of treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.0%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (86.7%, P <0.05). Conclusions 6 series of EMG and pressure feedback therapeutic apparatus can improve the motor function of children with hypotonic cerebral palsy.
