目的 了解有氧能力与年龄之间的关系。方法 35名受试者,其中飞行员20人、战士15人;采用平板递增负荷的方式,检测其最大耗氧量(VO_2max)、呼吸熵(RQ)和心率(heart rate,HR)。结果 全体受试者的VO_2max为(47.5±8.2)ml/(kg·min),VO_2max与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.679,P<0.01)。结论 VO_2max随年龄的增加而降低,对不同年龄飞行员的训练和体育锻炼强度应有不同的要求。
Objective To understand the relationship between aerobic capacity and age. Methods 35 subjects, including 20 pilots and 15 soldiers, were tested for their maximum oxygen consumption (VO_2max), respiratory entropy (RQ) and heart rate (HR) by increasing the plate load. Results VO 2max was (47.5 ± 8.2) ml / (kg · min) in all subjects, and VO_2max was negatively correlated with age (r = -0.679, P <0.01). Conclusions VO_2max decreases with the increase of age, and should have different requirements on the training and physical activity intensity of pilots of different ages.
