对北京市内公共汽车噪声及全身振动进行了测定,并对公共汽车女司乘人员进行工时测定和生育机能调查。结果表明,公共汽车行驶中车厢内噪声为中等强度,噪声范围72.0~86.5dB(A),全身振动强度,司机及乘务员座椅处垂直振动加速度超过了ISO2631规定的疲劳-减效界限,但未超过4小时暴露极限,水平方向振动均不超标。女司乘人员平均每日实际接触全身振动5小时。回顾性调查表明,女司乘人员接触全身振动1年以上,月经异常发生率显著高于对照组,其中周期异常及重度痛经发生率均高于对照组;女司乘人员自然流产发生率高于对照组,但差异无显著性。
