目的:观察弓状核(ARC)毁坏后下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺-胸腺轴(HPAT)的改变。方法:大鼠出生后第2、4、6、8、10d皮下注射谷氨酸单钠(MSG)4mg/g,b.w。成年后检测HPAT轴的形态与功能。结果:MSG大鼠体重明显轻于生理盐水组,每100g体重所含垂体重量高于生理盐水组,肾上腺与胸腺重量未见明显差异;室旁核(PVN)促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素阳性细胞、正中隆起(ME)促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素阳性纤维及垂体前叶促肾上腺皮质激素分泌细胞数量明显多于生理盐水组,染色较深;血浆皮质酮及血浆促肾上腺皮质激素浓度高于生理盐水组。胸腺萎缩,淋巴细胞增殖反应、自然杀伤细胞细胞毒活性及白细胞介素2、γ干扰素的诱生能力明显低于生理盐水组。结论:1MSG-大鼠HPA轴功能亢进;2MSG-大鼠细胞免疫受抑。
Objective: To observe the changes of hypothalamus - pituitary - adrenal - thymus axis (HPAT) after arcuate nucleus (ARC) destruction. Methods: Rats were injected subcutaneously with monosodium glutamate (MSG) 4mg / g on the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th and 10th after birth. B. w. Testing adult HPAT shaft morphology and function. Results: The weight of MSG rats was significantly lower than that of saline group. The weight of pituitary contained in per 100g body weight was higher than that of saline group. The weight of adrenal gland and thymus was not significantly different. The PVN - adrenocorticotrophic hormone releasing hormone - The number of corticotropin-releasing hormone-positive fibers and the number of adrenocorticotropic hormone-secreting cells in the anterior pituitary of medial elevated (ME) group were significantly more than that of saline group, and the concentrations of plasma corticosterone and plasma adrenocorticotropic hormone were higher than that of saline group . Thymus atrophy, lymphocyte proliferation reaction, natural killer cell cytotoxic activity and IL-2, IFN-γ induced ability was significantly lower than the saline group. Conclusion: 1 MSG-rat HPA axis hyperactivity; 2MSG-suppressed cellular immunity.
