烤烟合理施用稀土能提高烟叶产量、改善烟叶品质。我区稀土蕴藏丰富,烤烟又是闽西的拳头产品,充分开发利用我区稀土资源,进一步提高烤烟生产效益,对振兴我区经济具有重大意义。然而,随着各地气候、土壤类型、耕作水平、尤其是施用方法等不同,其肥效差异很大。且我区地产离子吸附型稀土,含中、重稀土较高,组分与“常乐”稀土有些不同。为此,我所从1987年起进行了烤烟稀土应用研究,1989年分别在龙岩、永定、上杭等地进行579亩的示范推广。
