本文的作者是Malcolm Hazelman博士,联合国粮农组织亚太区域办可持续发展部高级推广、教育和通讯官员。Hazelman先生作为项目官员,参加了联合国粮农组织援助中国政府的“加强中国农业和乡村发展远程教育”技术合作项目(TCP项目)的组织与实施。项目的实施,极大地提高了中央农广校的机构能力,促进了农广校系统教职员工有效地使用新的培训方式,为农民和其他乡村教育目标群体提供培训,以满足他们对学习的需求。
The author of this article is Dr. Malcolm Hazelman, Senior Extension, Education and Communications Officer, Sustainable Development Department, Asia Pacific Regional Office, FAO. As project officer, Mr. Hazelman participated in the organization and implementation of the FAO Technical Assistance Project (TCP Project) for Strengthening Distance Education in Agriculture and Rural Development in China, which is aid to the Chinese government. The implementation of the project has greatly enhanced the institutional capacity of CABTS and promoted the effective use of new training methods by agricultural system staff to provide training to farmers and other rural education target groups to meet their learning needs .
