Objective To apply scalp in situ double-layer skins to treat pediatric severe burn. Methods The average number of operations, the average length of stay, the healing time and the survival rate of skin graft in 36 pediatric patients with severe burn treated with primary double-layer dermal scalp in situ scalp were compared with 36 cases of severe pediatric burn in children Patients were compared. Results The treatment group averaged 18 times, the average hospital stay 285 days, the average skin healing time was 11 days, skin graft survival rate of 95%, while the control group was the average operation 26 times the average hospital stay 395 days for Skin healing time was 9 days, skin graft survival rate of 96%. Conclusion The application of primary double-layer scalp skins in the treatment of severe burn in children can significantly reduce the number of operations, shorten the wound healing time and reduce the hospitalization days, but have no obvious effect on the healing time
