目的 探讨乳腺癌及癌旁组织bcl- 2 ,c -erbB - 2和ER的表达及其意义。方法 采用免疫组化S-P法检测 5 2例乳腺癌及其癌旁组织中bcl- 2 ,c -erbB - 2和ER的表达 ,并分析其与乳腺癌发生、发展及其预后的关系。结果 bcl- 2及c -erbB - 2表达乳腺癌组织学分级Ⅰ级比Ⅱ ,Ⅲ级低 ,ER表达与其相反 ,其差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。bcl- 2表达与淋巴结是否有转移之间无关 ,c-cerbB - 2表达淋巴结有转移明显高于淋巴结无转移者 ,ER的表达与其相反 (P <0 0 5 )。癌旁组织bcl- 2及c -erbB - 2表达例数明显低于乳腺癌 ,而ER表达则明显高于乳腺癌 ,其差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 bcl- 2 ,c -erbB - 2和ER的检测可作为乳腺癌预后指标 ,bcl- 2和c -erbB - 2与乳腺癌的发生发展有关
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of bcl-2, c-erbB-2 and ER in breast cancer and paracancerous tissues. Methods The expressions of bcl-2, c-erbB-2 and ER in 52 cases of breast cancer and its adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. The relationship between the expression of bcl-2 and c-erbB-2 and ER was analyzed with the occurrence, development and prognosis of breast cancer. Results The expression of bcl - 2 and c - erbB - 2 in breast cancer tissues was lower than that in grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ, but the difference was not significant (P <0.05). There was no correlation between the expression of bcl-2 and lymph node metastasis. The metastasis of c-cerbB-2 was significantly higher than that of lymph node without lymph node metastasis. The expression of ER was opposite (P <0.05). The expression of bcl-2 and c-erbB-2 in paracancerous tissues was significantly lower than that in breast cancer, while the expression of ER was significantly higher than that in breast cancer (P <0.05). Conclusion The detection of bcl-2, c-erbB-2 and ER can be used as a prognostic factor for breast cancer, while bcl-2 and c-erbB-2 are associated with the development of breast cancer
