目的:对比分析静脉肾盂造影(IVP)与磁共振尿路水成像(MRU)技术对肾输尿管疾病的诊断价值。方法:36例肾输尿管病变患者同时进行常规磁共振扫描(MRI)和磁共振尿路水成像(MRU),并与静脉肾盂造影(IVP)及手术及病理结果对比。结果:36例病例中,包括尿路结石20例,肾输尿管恶性肿瘤10例,其他肾输尿管病变6例,通过IVP和MRU比较,MRU可以从不同角度清楚显示肾输尿管的形态改变,显示各种病变的异常影象改变,定位诊断率为100%(36/36),定性诊断的准确度为91.67%(33/36)。结论:MRU是诊断肾输尿管病变的有效检查手段,结合常规MRI像能为肾输尿管疾病的诊断和术前评估提供可靠的依据,具有更直观、全面的效果,检查无创伤性、更安全简便。
Objective: To compare the diagnostic value of intravenous pyelography (IVP) and magnetic resonance urography (MRU) in renal ureteral diseases. Methods: Thirty - six patients with renal ureteral lesions underwent routine magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and magnetic resonance urography (MRU). The results were compared with those of intravenous pyelography (IVP) and surgical and pathological findings. Results: Among the 36 cases, including 20 cases of urinary tract stones, 10 cases of renal ureteral malignancies and 6 cases of other renal ureteric lesions. MRU can clearly show the morphological changes of renal ureters from different angles by IVP and MRU, The abnormal image of the lesion changed, the localization diagnosis rate was 100% (36/36), and the diagnostic accuracy was 91.67% (33/36). CONCLUSION: MRU is an effective method to diagnose renal ureter disease. Combined with conventional MRI can provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis and preoperative evaluation of renal ureter disease. It has a more direct and comprehensive effect, and it is more invasive and safer to examine.
