“大力弘扬求真务实精神”是既我党倡导“两个务必”和“八个坚持、八个反对”作风建设的又一具有基础性、根本性的重大问题。弘扬求真务实精神,首要的是要求广大党员牢固树立求真务实思想;其次则要将之付诸实践,取得实效;而其根本则是要靠制度来保证。在实际工作中,延边州不断深化改革,完善各项制度,用制度建设和创新来保证干部求真务实。
