目的 :探讨弱视的发病机制 ,寻求一种客观评价儿童视功能及诊断弱视的手段。方法 :随机选择 4 3例 (78眼 )弱视儿童及 30例正常儿童行图形视觉诱发电位检查。结果 :4 3例 (78眼 )弱视眼PVEPP1 0 0 波平均振幅低于正常眼(P <0 .0 1) ,潜伏期较正常眼延长 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :结果表明儿童弱视是视觉传导通路障碍引起的 ,而视觉诱发电位是检测弱视儿童视功能的一种客观手段
Objective: To explore the pathogenesis of amblyopia and to seek an objective evaluation of children’s visual function and amblyopia means. Methods: A total of 43 amblyopia children (78 eyes) and 30 normal children underwent pattern visual evoked potential test. Results: The average amplitude of PVEPP1 0 0 in 43 cases (78 eyes) of amblyopic eyes was lower than that of normal eyes (P <0.01), and the latency was longer than that of normal eyes (P <0.01). Conclusion: The results show that amblyopia in children is caused by the obstacles of visual conduction pathway, and visual evoked potential is an objective measure of visual function in children with amblyopia
