At present, there are “four deficiencies” phenomena in school physical education and teaching in schools: firstly, the contents of the activities are outdated and lack actual results; second, there is a lack of platform for teachers to discuss and exchange; third, lack of motivation for their own business learning; fourthly, young teachers lack professional guidance. In this regard, how to use the existing network resources and the combination of disciplines to carry out effective teaching and research. As a grass-roots teaching and research staff, I made some attempts and thinking. First, the establishment of primary and secondary schools in Kecheng PE teaching club sports teaching club, to provide the majority of physical education teachers a platform for professional discussion. Teachers through the teaching experience, papers, topics, information and other types of body
