本研究合成了工业应用广泛的低黏度聚-α烯烃合成基础油,并研究了离子液体中阴阳离子配比、离子液体用量、反应温度和反应时间对合成基础油理化性能的影响。采用红外光谱分析仪、闪点测试仪和热分析仪等对合成基础油进行结构组成、理化性能与热稳定性能测试,并与现有基础油产品进行综合比较。研究结果表明,较佳反应条件为:[Bmim]Cl与AlCl3摩尔比为1.0∶2.5,离子液体用量质量分数为7%,反应温度为80℃,反应时间4 h。采用本方法合成的聚-α烯烃合成基础油(poly alpha olefin,PAO)侧链较长且结构规整,具有优异的理化性能与热稳定性能。
In this study, a wide range of low viscosity poly-α-olefin synthetic base oils were synthesized. The effects of anion-cation ratio, ionic liquid dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time on the physical and chemical properties of synthetic base oil were studied. The structure, physical and chemical properties and thermal stability of synthetic base oil were tested by infrared spectrum analyzer, flash point tester and thermal analyzer, and compared with the existing base oil products. The results show that the optimal reaction conditions are as follows: the molar ratio of [Bmim] Cl to AlCl3 is 1.0: 2.5, the content of ionic liquid is 7%, the reaction temperature is 80 ℃ and the reaction time is 4 h. The poly-α-olefin base oil (PAO) synthesized by the method has longer side chains and regular structures, and has excellent physical and chemical properties and thermal stability.
