Condyloma acuminatum (CA) is a viral sexually transmitted disease caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. HPV is a group of highly heterogeneous viruses, and different HPV categories are closely related to clinical type and prognosis. So far there is no proliferation of HPV cell culture system, which largely limits the pathogenesis of HPV and detection methods.
