本文讲述用方砖法加工锥体棱镜(又称合作目标)中的有关检测问题:锥体棱镜对材料、另件的质量技术要求,方砖的平行差和两面直角的检测;测量的精度分析。着重介绍三管360°封闭方法测量立方体两面直角。这对外测光学件角度误差提供了准确方便而效率高的检测方法(主要对那些能够360°封闭的棱镜、方体等),为以后方砖加工锥体棱镜建立了较为可靠的检测手段和简易装置,从而保证了工艺生产和产品的质量。
