一、慨述我厂采用室内短线工艺和室外长线工艺两种方式生产混凝土多孔板。虽然室内工艺生产效率高,但投资大、建设周期长、能源消耗较多。由于当前能源比较紧张,室外工艺优越性越来越明显。我厂室外长线生产一直延用快速脱模方式,存在着效率低、劳动强度大、质量稳定性差等缺点,为改变现状,我们借鉴外振式拉模机的工作原理,研制成功了芯管内振式拉模机,在长线法生产预应力小孔板中应用,取得了较好的效果。二、性能与基本构造芯管内振拉模机是生产2.1~4米5孔预
I. Summarized the production of concrete porous plates in two ways: indoor short-line process and outdoor long-line process. Although the indoor process has high production efficiency, it has large investment, long construction period, and high energy consumption.
