目的:探讨药物剂量对哮喘病寒饮蕴肺证大鼠的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、温阳化饮方高、中、低剂量组。采用卵蛋白致敏及卵蛋白雾化激发,结合“形寒饮冷则伤肺”“劳则气耗”等理论,给予0℃冰水混合物;将大鼠置于0℃恒温冰箱中冷冻;让大鼠在(24±1)℃的水中游泳的方法,建立哮喘病寒饮蕴肺证病证结合的大鼠病理模型。观测高、中、低剂量组大鼠的各项指标。结果:低剂量组大鼠体重、饮食量呈上升趋势;吸气阻力(Ri)、呼气阻力(Re)均降低,肺顺应性(Cdyn)增大,较中、高剂量组各类症状改善幅度大且死亡率更小。所以适宜采用低剂量给药。
Objective: To investigate the effect of drug dosage on asthenic cold syndrome Yun-lung syndrome rats. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, Wenyinhua Decoction high, medium and low dose groups. Using ovalbumin sensitization and egg protein atomization excitation, combined with “cold drink the cold is injured lung ” “labor is gas consumption ” and other theories, given 0 ℃ ice water mixture; the rats were placed at 0 ℃ constant temperature Freezing in refrigerator; swimming in water of (24 ± 1) ° C to establish the rat pathological model of asthenic cold syndrome with lung syndrome. The indexes of high, medium and low dose groups were observed. Results: The body weight and dietary intake of low dose group showed an upward trend. The resistance to inhalation (Ri) and expiratory resistance (Re) decreased and the lung compliance (Cdyn) increased. Magnitude and mortality are smaller. So it is suitable to use low dose.
