扩散加权成像(DWI)是磁共振功能成像技术的一种,它是目前唯一能用于活体观察水分子微观运动的成像方法。MRI因其对软组织分辨力高的优势使其在乳腺疾病诊断中得到广泛应用,其中DWI作为一种无创功能成像技术也逐步受到关注。本文将就DWI图像及表观扩散系数(ADC)、相对表观扩散系数(rADC)在鉴别非肿块样强化病变性质方面的价值进行综述。
Diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) is a kind of magnetic resonance imaging technology. It is the only imaging method that can be used to observe microscopic movement of water molecules in vivo. Because of its high resolution of soft tissue MRI advantages in the diagnosis of breast disease has been widely used, including DWI as a noninvasive functional imaging techniques are gradually receiving attention. This article reviews the value of DWI images and apparent diffusion coefficients (ADCs) and relative apparent diffusion coefficients (rADC) in identifying non-lump-like enhancement lesions.
