1949年4月23日南京解放。4月30日下午6时许,我怀着兴奋的心情来到长江路的“国民大会堂”(现南京人民大会堂),见到了许多穿草绿色军装的解放军干部。穿便装的有我在金陵大学的同学张一之、燕京大学同学卫永清,还有不久前同在国民党嘉定县政府的复旦大学的曹汶,那时他化名曹昌旭。约7时,中共中央中原局、华东局、解放军二野、三野同南京地下党的会师大会开始。邓小平、刘伯承、陈毅、谭震林、粟裕、宋任穷、张际春,还有饶漱石,南京地下党的陈修良等人走上主席台。这时,全体起立,热烈鼓掌,庆祝南京的解放。在奏解放军军歌之后,刘、邓、陈等首长分别讲话,宣布中共中央的指示:成立南京市军事管制委员会,刘伯承、宋任穷为正副主任;成立南京市人民政府,刘伯承任市长,柯
