从1969年以来,我们对尿路结石开展了中西医结合治疗,经过不断的摸索和改进,积累了一些经验。本文介绍1969～1978年治疗203例的情况。适应证的选择凡符合下列条件2项以上者:1.X线尿路平片或造影证明为尿路结石,其横径在1厘米以内者。2.X线尿路平片虽未见阳性结石,但经试验性治疗后有结石排出者。3.有典型的尿路结石症状者。非手术疗法的方法 1.冲击疗法:早晨、上午各饮水(包括中草药煎剂在内)800～1,000毫升,每次饮后25分钟,肾结石者做体位性腰部叩击
Since 1969, we have carried out the treatment of urinary tract stones with integrated traditional and western medicine. After continuous exploration and improvement, we have accumulated some experience. This article describes the treatment of 203 cases from 1969 to 1978. Indications for those who meet the following conditions of 2 or more: 1.X line urinary tract plain film or angiography evidence of urinary tract stones, the diameter of less than 1 cm. 2.
