目的 对视网膜色素变性(RP)患者进行F-ERG、P-VEP和EOG三项联合检查,以分析病程和作为建立脉络膜侧枝循环手术的术后疗效跟踪的客观对照指标。方法 采用常规无创伤视觉电生理描记术,测定暗视F-ERG、P-VEP和EOG。结果受检的66名RP患者132只眼中,F-ERG为“熄灭型”的为63.6%,能记录到a-波的仅占1.5%,c-波为3.0%,能记录到b-波与负后电位的分别为30.3%和34.1%,无一例记录到完全正常的F-ERG。完全记录不到P-VEP的占35.1%,刺激中央6°视野能记录到低幅P100波的有49.1%,而刺激周边视野则只有17.5%能记录到P-VEP,且波形多为异常的“W”波。绝大部分RP患者的EOG曲线平坦,光峰与暗谷均消失,Arden比和G比值均明显下降,说明明、暗适应机能已经显著受损。结论 RP患者的F-ERG、P-VEP和EOG都有不同程度的特有改变。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the course of disease and evaluate the clinical efficacy of traumatic choroidal collateral circulation in the follow-up of patients with retinitis pigmentosa (RP) by F-ERG, P-VEP and EOG. Methods Conventional noninvasive visual electrophysiography was used to detect F-ERG, P-VEP and EOG. Results In 132 eyes of 66 RP patients, 63.6% of F-ERG was “extinguished”, only 1.5% of a-wave and 3.0% of c-wave were recorded, and b-wave could be recorded And negative potential were 30.3% and 34.1%, respectively, and none of them recorded a completely normal F-ERG. 35.1% of the P-VEP were recorded completely, 49.1% of the P100 wave amplitude was recorded in the central 6 ° field of view while only 17.5% of the peripheral field of vision was recorded in the P-VEP, and the waveform was mostly abnormal “W” wave. The EOG curve of most RP patients is flat, the light peaks and dark valleys disappear, and the Arden ratio and G ratio are significantly decreased, indicating that the light and dark adaptation function has been significantly impaired. Conclusion The patients with RP have different degrees of F-ERG, P-VEP and EOG.
