报道了通过激光二极管(LD)单端抽运Nd∶YVO4晶体的三级功率放大系统,获得稳定的平均功率21 W以上的1064nm皮秒激光输出。当重复频率为56MHz、平均功率为4 W的皮秒种子脉冲注入时,经过三级功率放大,最高功率达26W,光-光转换效率达25%。皮秒单脉冲宽度为17ps,连续1h内的功率不稳定性小于2%,光束质量M2为1.5。采用RbTiOPO4(RTP)电光开关作为打标开关,实现主从脉冲比达210…1以上,可以满足打标机的需要。
Reported a three-stage power amplification system using single-ended laser diode (LD) pumping Nd: YVO4 crystal to obtain a stable 1064 nm picosecond laser output with a stable average power of 21 W or more. When the picosecond seed pulse with repetition rate of 56MHz and average power of 4 W is injected, the maximum power reaches 26W after three stages of power amplification, and the light-to-light conversion efficiency reaches 25%. The picosecond single pulse width is 17 ps, the power instability within 1 h continuous is less than 2% and the beam quality M2 is 1.5. The use of RbTiOPO4 (RTP) electro-optical switch as a marking switch, to achieve the master-slave pulse ratio of more than 210 ... 1, to meet the needs of marking machine.
