目的:制定金樱根的质量标准。方法:对金樱根的安全水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物以及挥发性醚浸出物进行测定。用紫外分光光度法测定金樱根中总黄酮的含量。结果:金樱根的安全水分为不超过13.53%,总灰分不超过5.03%,酸不溶性灰分不超过1.21%,冷浸法水溶性浸出物不低于11.03%,热浸法水溶性浸出物不低于22.18%,冷浸法醇溶性浸出物不低于18.08%,热浸法醇溶性浸出物不低于26.65%,挥发性醚浸出物不少于0.32%;总黄酮含量不低于7.41%,平均加样回收率为103.27%,RSD 2.03%(n=5)。结论:该方法操作简便、准确、重复性好,可以用于中药金樱根的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Jin Ying root. Methods: The safety water content, total ash content, acid-insoluble ash content, water-soluble extract, alcohol-soluble extract and volatile ether extract were determined. Results: The safety of Jinying root was not more than 13.53%, the total ash content was not more than 5.03%, the acid-insoluble ash content was not more than 1.21%, the cold-soaking water-soluble extract was not less than 11.03%, the hot-dip water-soluble extract was not less than 22.18%, cold dip alcohol soluble extract not less than 18.08%, hot dip alcohol soluble extract not less than 26.65%, volatile ether extract not less than 0.32%; total flavonoids content of not less than 7.41%, the average The recoveries were 103.27% and 2.03% RSD (n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Jinying root.
