考察了铁氧体中锌含量、焙烧温度、时间以及焙烧气氛中氧含量等因素对超临界流体干燥法制备的锰锌铁氧体粉末磁性能的影响。同时对由不同方法得到的锰锌铁氧体粉末的磁性能作了比较。结果表明,铁氧体中锌含量太高或太低以及焙烧温度太高、焙烧时间太长、焙烧气氛中的氧浓度太高等都不利于粉末磁性能的提高。另外,由超临界流体干燥法得到的粉末经高温处理后的磁性能明显高于由水热法和共沉淀法得到的粉末的磁性能。
The effects of zinc content, calcination temperature and time in the ferrite, and oxygen content in the calcination atmosphere on the magnetic properties of Mn-Zn ferrite powders prepared by the supercritical fluid drying method were investigated. At the same time, the magnetic properties of Mn-Zn ferrite powders obtained by different methods were compared. The results show that the content of zinc in the ferrite is too high or too low, the calcination temperature is too high, the calcination time is too long, and the oxygen concentration in the calcination atmosphere is too high, which is unfavorable to the improvement of the magnetic properties of the powder. In addition, the magnetic properties of the powder obtained by the supercritical fluid drying method after the high temperature treatment are significantly higher than those of the powder obtained by the hydrothermal method and the coprecipitation method.
