《中华人民共和国职业教育法》已于1996年5月15日经全国人大常委会审议通过,并于9月1日开始实施。这部法律是《教育法》和《劳动法》的子法,它全面、明确地规定了我国职业教育的地位、作用、发展职业教育的基本原则、职业教育的体系、职业教育的实施、职业教育的条件保障等问题,是指导我国职业教育健康顺利发展的基本法律。这部法律的制定,对于落实“科教兴国”的战略,发展职业教育,提高劳动者素质,促进社会主义现代化建设,具有重要意义。现就这部法律中的几个重要问题介绍如下:
