“百年大计,质量第一”。质量是建设工程的生命,也是永恒的主题。建设工程的质量优劣,直接关系到国家和人民生命财产安全。为了落实科学发展观和迎接北京2008年奥运会的召开,近几年来,中央和北京市政府加大了水务工程的建设规模和投资,尤其是加大了郊区饮水工程和环境整治改善工程的建设,但目前郊区水务工程质量监督管理工作中还存在一定的问题。笔者根据目前北京水务工程监督管理工作现状,对如何进一步加强水务工程的质量监督管理,提高工程质量,确保国家和人民生命财产的安全,为“新北京、新奥运”提供水资源保证,谈一些粗浅的认识和看法。

The pros and cons of construction projects are directly related to the life and property safety of the country and people. In order to implement the scientific concept of development and meet the convening of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, in recent years, the Central Government and Beijing Municipal Government have stepped up the construction scale and investment in waterworks, in particular, increased the construction of suburban drinking water projects and environmental improvement projects, However, there are still some problems in the quality supervision and management of water projects in the suburbs. Based on the current status of Beijing’s waterworks project supervision and management, the author of the paper provides some suggestions on how to further improve the quality supervision and management of waterworks projects, improve the quality of projects and ensure the safety of life and property of the country and people, and provide water resources guarantee for “New Beijing and New Olympics” Shallow understanding and opinion.
