用金属钙做还原剂直接还原TiO2制备金属钛是一种流程短、成本较低的新工艺。研究了真空炉中1 000℃条件下还原时间和添加剂(CaCl2)用量对还原产物的影响,结果表明,在TiO2和CaCl2质量比为1∶4时,还原时间1.5 h后TiO2全部转化为金属钛;添加剂CaCl2可以促进TiO2还原反应的进行。对CaCl2和TiO2质量比为1∶2,还原时间6 h的还原产物进行酸洗后得到的钛粉分别进行XRD、EDS和氧氮含量分析检测,结果表明钛粉的纯度很高,钛粉的氧含量为1 000×10-6,氮含量为170×10-6。
Using metal calcium as reductant to directly reduce TiO2 to prepare titanium metal is a new process with short process and low cost. The effects of reduction time and additive (CaCl2) dosage on the reduction products were investigated at 1 000 ℃ in vacuum furnace. The results showed that when the mass ratio of TiO2 to CaCl2 was 1: 4, all the TiO2 was converted to titanium ; Additive CaCl2 can promote the progress of TiO2 reduction reaction. The results of XRD, EDS and oxygen and nitrogen analysis showed that the purity of titanium powder was high, and the purity of titanium powder was very high. The titanium powder obtained by pickling the reduction product with mass ratio of CaCl2 to TiO2 of 1: 2 and the reduction time of 6 h, Oxygen content of 1 000 × 10-6, nitrogen content of 170 × 10-6.
