金针菇(Flammulina Yelutides)对纤维素、木质素的分解力强,很多农副产品的下脚料均可进行代料栽培.生产方法简便,栽培周期短,生物学转化率高,经济效益显著.加之其味道鲜美可口,营养丰富,很受国内外市场欢迎.
