由于电子文件的归档管理已成为档案部门的热点问题, 因此电子档案保管的温湿度指标也越来越引起档案人员的重视。针对电子档案保管的温湿度问题,笔者查阅了一些资料,发现这些资料中对这一问题的叙述各不相同,而且不乏矛盾之处。如2005年第5期《机电兵船档案》所登载的一篇文章《电子档案与纸质档案的保护》认为,“保存电子档案的理想温度为13℃-15℃,相对湿度为35％-45％”;山东大学出版社2003年出版的《档案工作基础》则认为,“保存电子档案的库房温度为15℃-27 ℃,相对湿度为40％-60％, 最佳环境温度为18℃,相对湿度为40％”。……如果说以上
