当下,我国已成为名副其实的民航大国,具备了实现由“大”向“强”跨越的内在条件,中国民用航空局在《民航业人才队伍建设中长期规划(2010-2020年)》中提出:“注重对年轻飞行员的培养,强化思想引领,致力培养品格高尚、技术精良的复合型飞行人才。”飞行学生管理工作直接影响到飞行训练正常开展,本文从在训飞行学生教育、管理等方面浅论在新形式下飞行学生的管理工作所面临的一些问题和解决方法。
