在飞行器舵机测试研究中,衡量负载模拟器系统性能的关键指标是多余力矩的抑制,电动负载模拟器被用于研究仿真飞行器飞行过程中舵机承受的铰链力矩,是舵机测试和半实物仿真的关键设备之一,针对电动负载模拟器在启动过程、正常运行和换向过程中多余力矩产生的机理,为提高负载模拟器在小梯度下的加载精度,提出采用双回路控制方案来减小多余力矩,基于双回路控制系统数学模型进行了仿真实验,仿真结果表明在不同的加载梯度、舵机运动频率和幅度下,双回路控制均实现了良好的控制结果,从而验证了方法的有效性。
