刘人怀,1940年生,四川省成都 市新繁镇人。1958年就读于兰州大学 数学系,1963年毕业并留校任教。 1978年起,先后在中国科技大学、上 海工业大学任教。1981年获西德洪堡 研究奖学金赴西德鲁尔大学深造两 年。1991年调暨南失学任副校长, 1995年底任校长。1999年遴选为中国 工程院机械与运载工程学部院士, 2000年再度遴选为中国工程院工程 管理学部首批院士。
Liu Renhuai, born in 1940, a new town in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. 1958 Studied Mathematics Department of Lanzhou University, graduated in 1963 and stayed in school. Since 1978, successively taught at China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai University of Technology. Won the West Germany Hurmbal Scholarship in 1981 to go to West Germany Ruhr University for two years. In 1991, he was transferred to South as a dean of Jinan University and was appointed as president by the end of 1995. In 1999, he was selected as an academician of the Department of Mechanical and Transportation Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. In 2000, he was again selected as the first academician of the Engineering Management Faculty of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.
