小区智能化的标准与质量控制

从智能化建筑发展到智能化小区,反映了通信技术、计算机技术和现代控制技术正快速进入人们工作、生活的各个方面,提高了人们的工作效率,提升了人们的生活质量,同时也促进了相关产业的发展。智能化小区在上海乃至全国的发展尽管刚刚起步,却已经引起了方方面面的关注,其中最引入注目的恐怕就是标准化问题和质量控制问题。 回顾本市智能化建筑发展初期,存在的主要问题,一个是超越实际需求,盲目追求高配置;另一个就是工程质量不高,智能化系统不能正常开通运行。这些问题,直至目前仍或多或少地存在。因此,在智能化小区发展之初,就重视标准化和质量控制问题,并采取切实有效的措施,对小区智能化的健康发展将会是有利的。 From the development of intelligent buildings to intelligent residential areas, it reflects that communication, computer technology and modern control technologies are rapidly entering all aspects of people’s work and life, improving people’s work efficiency, improving people’s quality of life, and promoting Related industries. Although the development of intelligent community in Shanghai and even the whole country has just started, it has aroused the attention of all aspects. The most notable one is the standardization and quality control problems. Review the city’s intelligent building at the early stage of development, there are major problems, one is beyond the actual needs, the blind pursuit of high-profile; the other is the quality of the project is not high, the intelligent system can not be normal operation. Until now, these problems still exist more or less. Therefore, at the beginning of the development of intelligent community, we should pay attention to the problems of standardization and quality control and take effective measures, which will be beneficial to the healthy development of community intelligence.
