深圳东海超高层连体公寓塔楼结构由两栋建筑高度分别为307m和283m的塔楼组成,高塔高宽比达到9.6。两栋塔楼在172m高度处由连接体进行强连接,连接体结构高度约为21m。受场地条件的限制,两栋塔楼的平面在场地内需要以45°的夹角布置,两栋塔楼端部的最近点距离为13m。在配合建筑、机电、幕墙等专业进行方案设计的基础上,结构专业还需要在方案阶段就对结构超高、超大高宽比、高位连接、连接体与塔楼的连接方式、连接体结构形式、塔楼居住舒适度控制等主要技术问题进行研究,并提出解决方案。
