在实施“十五”计划过程中,我省经济发展面临的一项十分紧迫的重要任务,就是要按照党的十五届五中全会精神和省委九届四次全委会议确定的方针,对经济结构进行全面的战略性调整。固定资产投资是我省经济发展的主要动力。调整经济结构,首先要调整投资结构,通过优化投资结构,使我省经济结构更加趋于合理和完善,不断适应市场经济体制发展规律的要求,在西部大开发中得到稳定、协调和快速发展。
In the process of implementing the “10th Five-Year Plan”, a very urgent and important task faced by our province in economic development is to follow the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee and the Fourth Plenary Session of the Ninth CPC Central Committee Policy, the overall economic structure of the strategic adjustment. Investment in fixed assets is the main driving force for economic development in our province.
