5月20日,国家发展改革委印发了《关于深入推进煤炭交易市场体系建设的指导意见》(以下简称《意见》)。《意见》指出,在规范现有煤炭交易市场的基础上,加快健全若干个区域性煤炭交易市场;结合煤炭主产地、消费地、铁路交通枢纽、主要中转港口,以及国家批准开展涉煤品种期货交易的期货交易场所等条件,逐步培育建成2~3个全国性煤炭交易市场,形成层次分明、功能齐全、手段先进、运行规范的煤炭交易市场体系。为进一步引导和规范煤炭交易市场体系建设,《意见》提出,要发挥市场在资源配置中的决定性作用。更多运用
On May 20, the National Development and Reform Commission promulgated the Guiding Opinion on Further Promoting the Construction of a Coal Trading Market System (hereinafter referred to as “Opinion”). “Opinions” pointed out that, in regulating the existing coal trading market, based on the speeding up and improving a number of regional coal trading market; combined with the main producing areas of coal, consumer, railway transport hubs, the main transit ports, and the state approved the launch of coal futures Trading futures trading venues and other conditions, and gradually foster the completion of 2 to 3 national coal trading market, a structured, functional, advanced means of operation of the coal trading market system.
