机械制造与自动化专业教学主要是培养能够在生产第一线从事机械制造领域相关工作,具备机械设计制造基础知识与应用能力的应用型人才。本文通过基于工艺能力培养下,面向工艺能力培养的现实需求为起点,对机械制造与自动化专业教学现状进行分析,通过系统设计工艺信息、教学资源等数字化方案的分析,对机械制造与自动化专业教学资源库的构建进行研究,并给出具体实例界面,提出相应的实现方法,从而以期能够提升机械制造与自动化专业教学的质量,从而为教师教学、学生自主学习、工艺信息获取提供一些帮助。
Mechanical manufacturing and automation teaching is mainly to cultivate the first line of production in the field of machinery manufacturing related work, with mechanical design and manufacture of basic knowledge and application ability of applied talents. Based on the actual demand of process capability training, this paper analyzes the status quo of teaching of machine manufacturing and automation specialty. Based on the analysis of digital design of system design process information and teaching resources, this article analyzes the teaching of machine manufacturing and automation major The research on the construction of resource warehouse is given. The concrete example interface is given and corresponding methods are put forward so as to improve the quality of teaching in mechanical manufacturing and automation. This will provide some help to teachers ’teaching, students’ autonomous learning and process information acquisition.
