为了生产高性能的银铟镉合金棒材,对其挤压模具进行了探索研究。采用不同的模具结构进行了挤压成形对比试验。结果表明,在相同的挤压条件下,采用1模1孔的模具挤压的产品质量比1模4孔的模具挤压的产品质量好。合理的模具设计对材料的挤压过程和成品率有重要影响,1模1孔的锥模成形更适合于银铟镉Ag80In15Cd5的挤压。
In order to produce high-performance silver-indium-cadmium alloy bars, the extrusion die was explored. Different die structures were used for the extrusion comparisons. The results show that under the same extrusion conditions, the product quality of die extrusion with 1 die and 1 hole is better than the die extrusion with 1 die and 4 holes. Reasonable mold design has an important influence on the extrusion process and the yield of the material. The conical mold forming of 1 mold and 1 hole is more suitable for the extrusion of silver-indium-cadmium Ag80In15Cd5.
