目的对基本药物制度背景下S市基层医疗机构服务能力的现状进行研究。方法全面收集基本药物制度背景下S市基层医疗机构服务能力的相关数据,并进行统计分析。结果 S市基层医疗机构人员素质相对较低且结构不合理,设备药品存在短缺现象,财政补偿水平有待提高,社区卫生服务发展相对滞后。结论政府部门应加大对基层医疗机构的财政补偿、设备药品购置的支持力度,基层医疗机构应重视人才的引进与培养,提高自身服务能力。
Objective To study the current situation of the service ability of primary medical institutions in S city under the background of essential drugs. Methods A comprehensive collection of basic medical institutions in the context of the grass-roots medical institutions in S service capacity of the relevant data and statistical analysis. Results The quality of personnel in the primary medical institutions in S city was relatively low and the structure was irrational. There was a shortage of equipment and medicines, the level of financial compensation needed to be improved, and the development of community health services lags behind. Conclusion Government departments should increase the financial compensation for primary medical institutions and the purchase of equipment and medicines. The primary medical institutions should pay attention to the introduction and cultivation of qualified personnel and improve their service capabilities.
