利用微带谐振技术研究了YBa2Cu3O7/LaAlO3(YBCO/LAO)和YBa2Cu3O7/MgO(YBCO/MgO)超导薄膜的微波响应.通过测量微带谐振器的共振频率、有载品质因数、插入损耗与温度之间的依赖关系,分析了超导薄膜的微波特性,获得了超导薄膜在绝对零度时的穿透深度λ0.对于YBCO/LAO,λ0=265nm;对于YBCO/MgO,λ0=280nm.本文还利用微带谐振器研究了YBCO/LAO和YBCO/MgO超导薄膜的微波表面电阻.
The microwave response of YBa2Cu3O7 / LaAlO3 (YBCO / LAO) and YBa2Cu3O7 / MgO (YBCO / MgO) superconducting thin films was investigated by using microstrip resonance technique. The resonant frequency, The dependence of microwave on the superconducting thin film is analyzed and the penetration depth λ0 of the superconducting thin film at absolute zero is obtained.λ0 = 265nm for YBCO / LAO and λ0 = 280nm for YBCO / MgO The microwave surface resistance of YBCO / LAO and YBCO / MgO superconducting thin films was studied by using microstrip resonators.
