自2001年以来,延安市物价局以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,紧密结合价格工作实际,按照《延安市依法治市五年规划(2001-2005)》、《关于在全市公民中进一步开展法制宣传教育推进依法治市的决议》和《陕西省价格系统法制宣传教育第四个五年规划(2001-2005)》的要求,在宣传教育、学习培训、普法实施、依法行政、法制建设等方面做了大量工作,收到了良好的效果。主要做法是:一、加强领导,落实责任,积极搞好“四五”普法和依法行政工作延安市物价局高度重视“四五”普法和依法行政工作。成立了以局长为组长,副局长为副组长,各科室及局属各单位负责人为成员的延安市物价局“四五”普法和依法行政工作领导小组。局调研法制科具体负责普法办公室日常工作。每年年初制定物价工作目标任务时都将“四五”普法和依法行政列入其中,对每年的普法和依法行政工作专门做出安排计划,实行严格考核,年终兑现奖惩。
