我单位有一台英格索兰LM-500C液压钻机,当操作手在操纵液压缸活塞杆时,活塞杆从内端处折断。更换一只新液压缸总成费用昂贵,而且需要较长的时间,为了减少停机损失,我们决定修复活塞杆。
My unit has an Ingersoll-Rand LM-500C hydraulic drill that breaks off from the inner end as the operator manipulates the hydraulic cylinder piston rod. The replacement of a new hydraulic cylinder assembly was expensive and took a long time, and in order to reduce downtime losses, we decided to repair the piston rod.
